Analysis
Itaú Unibanco Holding (ITUB4) currently trades at R$38.31, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is R$37.35, implying the stock looks roughly 2.5% fairly valued today. The Quality Score stands at 57/100 (solid quality), in the Financial Services sector. Bear case: priced above our estimate, the market already discounts strong expectations. Bull case: above-average quality can justify a premium, the entry price still matters most (evidence: high).
Over the trailing twelve months, Itaú Unibanco Holding generated revenue of R$138B at a net margin of 33.3%. Revenue declined 2.1% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 21.8%. Net debt stands at R$742B. Fundamentals as of Aug 13, 2026
Our scenario range runs from R$28.01 (bear case) to R$46.68 (bull case); at R$38.31, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 22% below its 52-week high and 23% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Financial Services peers we cover trades at 47% fair-value upside, at -3%, ITUB4 screens richer than that median.
Fair Value models
Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.
All 6 models by family
Widest divergence: Dividend Discount (R$74.25) versus Asset-Based (R$12.25). Highest evidence: Residual Income (76).
