What matters now

  • The price sits above even our optimistic bull case (€3.10). The favourable scenario is already priced in.
  • Solid but not exceptional quality (47/100) and above fair value, neither a clear bargain nor a standout compounder.
  • For a financial, book-value and earnings-based methods matter more than a cash-flow DCF, which fits banks and insurers poorly.

Analysis

Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. (ALPHA) currently trades at €4.69, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is €2.48, implying the stock looks roughly 89.2% overvalued today. The Quality Score stands at 47/100 (below-average quality), in the Financial Services sector. How firm this estimate is: it rests on 13 models at a data quality of 0/100, which puts the evidence level at medium.

Over the trailing twelve months, Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. generated revenue of €1.8B at a net margin of 49.1%. Revenue grew 11.6% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 10.3%. Net debt stands at €329M. Fundamentals as of May 31, 2026

Our scenario range runs from €1.86 (bear case) to €3.10 (bull case); at €4.69, the current price sits above that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades near its 52-week high and 80% above its 52-week low, currently above its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Financial Services peers we cover trades at −10% fair-value upside, at −47%, ALPHA screens richer than that median.

Fair Value models

This estimate rests on fiscal year 2024 figures, and about 12 months have passed since. In that time the company retained roughly €0.2570 per share, which is 10.4 % of the fair value. The fair value deliberately does not add this in: the models value reported figures, not a projection.

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted, family-balanced blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bear it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target. Evidence
