What matters now

  • The price sits above even our optimistic bull case ($194.92). The favourable scenario is already priced in.
  • Solid but not exceptional quality (63/100) and above fair value, neither a clear bargain nor a standout compounder.
  • A fairly wide model range ($101.83 to $194.92) leaves room in how you read the outcome.

Analysis

L3Harris Technologies Inc (LHX) currently trades at $262.14, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is $146.55, implying the stock looks roughly 78.9% overvalued today. The Quality Score stands at 63/100 (solid quality), in the Industrials sector. Bull case: the DCF Models group reads highest at a median of $176.36 per share, and 0 of the 26 models we run sit above the $262.14 price. Bear case: the Economic Profit group reads lowest at $58.47, and 26 of the 26 models stay below the price. Evidence for this calculation is high.

Over the trailing twelve months, L3Harris Technologies Inc generated revenue of $12.9B at a net margin of 10.4%. Revenue grew 190.0% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 8.2%. Net debt stands at $9.4B. Fundamentals as of Aug 31, 2026

Our scenario range runs from $101.83 (bear case) to $194.92 (bull case); at $262.14, the current price sits above that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 30% below its 52-week high and 12% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Industrials peers we cover trades at −45% fair-value upside, at −44%, LHX screens cheaper than that median.

Fair Value models

This estimate rests on fiscal year 2025 figures, and about 8 months have passed since. In that time the company retained roughly $4.24 per share, which is 2.9 % of the fair value. The fair value deliberately does not add this in: the models value reported figures, not a projection.

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted, family-balanced blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bear it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target. Evidence
