The company also provides owns and operates offshore and onshore rigs. The company was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation is a subsidiary of Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group.
